Dr David Basser

Bioethicist / Biomedical Coordinator

David provides the biomedical, clinical, research and ethical perspective expertise.

David’s clinical and academic foundation is specialist level dentistry, with extensive experience in pain management.

After selling his practice in June 2000 he undertook a series of projects, including a master’s in neuroscience at Sydney University, in order to expand the breadth and depth of his expertise.

This has facilitated his development into a theoretical and applied, integrative, clinical and research biomedical scientist.

He is currently undertaking an MA in bioethics at the University of Tasmania in Hobart.
